Contentment Cove Alpaca Ranch (CCAR)

Contentment Cove Alpaca Ranch is a small family owned farm located in Northeast Alabama. We began our business in December of 2008 when we bought our very first alpaca, CVA's Amy, from Jay Ward of AuSable Valley Alpacas in Jay, NY. Since then, we have grown slowly and now own ten alpaca.

CCAR is very proud to have beautiful ribbon winning boys on our farm!!!! All of our boys have won at least one ribbon in competitive shows. Our girls are wonderful producers and mothers, what more could an owner ask for??? Our bloodlines come from some of the most influential alpacas in the industry...Royal Fawn and PPPeruvian Accoyo Express. The traits of these outstanding alpaca have been passed down to the wonderful members of our herd.

Candace is just now getting into the fiber processing side of the business. She has purchased a Babe spinning wheel and hand carders. She has begun washing, carding, and spinning (at least attempting to spin) the beautiful prize winning fiber from her animals. She is looking forward to learning more about fiber production over the next few months and she will be posting products for sale periodically as they become available, so ALWAYS keep checking back.
